5 /5 H Limbada: Came here today on a day pass. The person at the desk (maybe the manager) was extremely welcoming, gave me a tour, very friendly. Being unfamiliar to this gym I was anxious so this level of customer service made me feel very comfortable. The facilities here are amazing, the quality of the equipment and machines, even the quality of the benches are some of the best Ive seen. Included pre workout, towel rental, the sauna, steam room and the various workout rooms was fantastic, the best in the area. Very busy yet somehow everything I needed was always available, a great atmosphere, you can see all other members respect and take care of this gym, no weights left out, very tidy and clean. A great gym and I can see construction going on which tells me its about to get better and better. Thank you!

5 /5 Austin Ventour: In terms of gyms around Walthamstow, there’s really not many gyms that come close to the standard that PMG provide. Nearly every time I visit they have gone out of their way to upgrade, from top of the range equipment to classes suited for literally everyone. There’s a reason I have been a member here for over 3 years. The community here is great too.

5 /5 Rokas: One of the best gyms in the area, exceptionally well maintained and featuring some of the coolest equipment I’ve come across. The staff are always friendly and highly knowledgeable, offering excellent training tips and advice. There’s also a genuine sense of community there, something you only find in smaller independent gyms. Having moved away from Wood Street, this is likely the one place we miss the most. Recently, my wife and I revisited PMG and tried the new sauna/spa room, and we were thoroughly impressed!

5 /5 Mia Martin: Me and my boyfriend visited this gym for the first time today, and we honestly didn’t know what to expect or how everything worked. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. Even though they don’t normally offer guest passes, the staff member was kind enough to let us pay for the day and even gave us a full tour of the facilities. The atmosphere was amazing great music, really good vibes, spacious layout, and not too crowded. The changing rooms were also spotless and in such lovely condition, which really stood out. A big thank you to the man working today you made our first visit such a positive experience. I can definitely see myself signing up for a membership! P:S we also got free water bottles !
