Jonathan Lee I was looking for a boxing gym to learn & improve and I was lucky enough to find this gym! - Coaches are a godsend (you will learn boxing to a high standard) - Gym culture is positive (you are surrounded by good folk here & will build good/strong character in a friendly & supportive community) - Fitness training is second to none (you will get fit whilst having fun at the same time - banter & music is good) Recommend anyone reading this to try training here for yourself because the coaches can very quickly identify where you can make improvements and start guiding you in all the right directions!

Valerie Hoh What a wonderful yoga retreat in Crete with Raj. My husband and i really enjoyed the yoga classes twice a day overlooking the ocean and spending time with all the other yogis. We would love to join her for another yoga retreat!

L Rasul I Absolutely ADORE the new STRONG Studio in Ealing! Firstly, As someone who is in the fitness industry and loves a good workout, I left my very first class totally addicted and wanting to come back for more. The classes are an amazing mix of reformer, cardio and strength and conditioning, which is like nothing I’ve ever come across before. It is by far the best workout I’ve ever had! If you want to sweat without the cardio then not to worry, you’ll be pleased to know they also offer Pilates only classes which have no cardio involved. Secondly, the Team and Instructors are FANTASTIC! The professionalism and experience of the instructors is top notch and the team are absolutely delightful. What’s not to love! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed:-)

Jack Mccabe If I could possibly give this any more stars I would. I went here hoping for a workout that would challenge me in a new way and a bit of community. What I found was amazing, the sense of community was unbelievable. It is clearly run as a labour of love and that shines through in every element of the gym.

Hardish Narula My daughter has been attending Antonios classes in Ealing for nearly 3-4 years and loves attending. Antonio is a great teacher who installs discipline and fun at the same time. Hes approachable, understanding and makes time to talk with parents about progress. I have recommended Antonios kickboxing classes to any parent looking to start their children in martial arts.
