5 /5 Melissa Vanger: I went to Pura today because I had not had a great experience at another nail bar and i was not happy with my nails one bit. What a fabulous salon. Jessica the owner was absolutely lovely and welcoming to me and Angie who did my nails was a perfectionist. She did a wonderful job and is absolutely fantastic. I am so happy I have finally found a business that gives a personal touch and a great service. I will obviously be a regular now. Thank you xxxx

3 /5 Milly Mitchinson: My nails are ok but not at the standard I would expect for the high price point of £70 for Biab. I was surprised that the proper biab application wasn’t used considering this price and my nails are a bit patchy (e.g using a separate brush, applying a slip layer, and then the small bead, sometimes putting the hand upside down). Unfortunately the vibe was off and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in, I had to just sit and wait whilst cleaning around the salon was done or whilst the nail artist was telling the other team member what to clean and the whole experience was quite awkward…
