Mey Luu I was a little nervous and apprehensive as it was my first brow lamination experience but Magi took the time to make me feel comfortable. She asked me what I wanted it to look like and was checking I was ok throughout the treatment. She showed me how I could style the brows afterwards and Im so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Magi. Looking forward to going back and trying more new treatments. Thank you!

Nefes Gezgin Karismatic Beauty is awesome! Today i went to the salon and Kim Kim was there to do my nails (gel-powder, extensions) Kim was so good at making sure i liked every detail. The nail art was epic! At first i wasn’t sure whether the design would be possible but Kim was great and did it! Definitely coming again. Thank you Karismatic Beauty!

I highly recommend this salon based on my first experience. I hadn’t booked a pedicure but when I expressed a wish to have done so, this was swiftly checked and offered . I also had great advice on nail care & a suitable treatment offered to help - a high level of sports activities have created problems , I will see if the treatment provided works well - after this first class service , I fully expect Lien’s advice & treatment to work . A Lovely team , very relaxed friendly atmosphere in the heart of Chelsea .

Michele Boulden I had a Serenity Plus treatment which was 90 minutes of relaxation heaven, incorporating massage and a facial. Thoroughly recommend it to boost your mood.
