Hayley Baines Bootcamp Portsmouth has simply changed my life :) i went into my first session an absolute anxious mess but was met with some of the most friendly and welcoming people ever.. within 3 sessions I knew I wanted to join fulltime and signed up to be a full member. I was very quickly welcomed as part of the team and exercise has now become fun and enjoyable for me, I don’t want to ever miss a session!! Liam is great and makes it fun and enjoyable, no 2 sessions are the same. Thank you to everyone at bootcamp Portsmouth for welcoming me with open arms :)

Emily I would recommend this gym to anyone. As someone who has never set foot in a gym before, I had a tour and then started with some classes. All the classes have been super friendly and inclusive of all abilities. They are easy to book via the app. A few classes built me up with the confidence to start going to the gym on my own. Outside of staffed hours I’ve always felt super safe (lots of cctv and an emergency number if any issues, not that I’ve had any!) and inside staffed hours the staff are super friendly and it’s always handy to have someone around to help with equipment, etc. The equipment I’ve wanted has always been available, so no waiting around either!

Nicole Falleur I used to go here as a kid around 1980 ! Its still here to this day ! My friends still take their children here now to swim & play in the park :-) dog friendly too

Emmanuel Koroma This place is filled with strangers who acts like family. Gym equipments are perfect for all exercises I’ve been doing. A place I would recommend.

george ripley Great gym, would highly recommend! All the equipment you need for a good workout, friendly atmosphere, really helpful and responsive owner who is passionate about keeping the gym to a high standard. Will definitely use again.
