2 /5 Ada John: I do want to say this is a lovely clean salon. However, my nails are awful, the gel spills into my cuticle. Where gel flooded cuticles and sides, it will start to peel off in that places. Not to mention poor execution on the cuticles and skin around the nail. Won’t be going back…I’ve literally done my nails better

1 /5 Kel Taye: I recently tried to book an appointment at this salon and was immediately greeted by a receptionist whose attitude was surprisingly rude and dismissive. It’s disappointing, because first impressions matter — and if the person at the front desk can’t deliver basic courtesy, it makes you question what the rest of the experience would be like. I didn’t end up scheduling anything because I didnt feel comfortable moving forward. Hopefully this is an isolated case, but I believe customer service should be consistent from start to finish.

1 /5 Ava Daley: Absolutely disgusted. Went and got a gel manicure, pedicure as well as for my daughter a manicure. My gel was coming off after two days and my cuticles weren’t even pushed back when it was done. I was in holiday at the time and called when I got back to get it taken off as they looked horrible. When I went to the shop the staff were so rude. The guy clicked in my face and spoke to ne so rude when it was my appointment next. So shocked and disgusted, I’ve been coming to the shop for a few years and the quality has gone downhill so quickly. Will never go back again and recommend avoiding this place.

5 /5 Letty: I’ve been going to Pristine Nails for years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The whole team is so friendly, considerate, and welcoming - it’s always such a lovely atmosphere to walk into. They’re incredibly attentive to detail, whether it’s shaping, polish, or a pedicure – everything is done with so much care. The salon is spotless, and you really feel looked after every time. Truly my go-to nail salon – couldn’t recommend them enough!
