Lauren Mellors Highly recommend both the pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes! Chloe is so knowledgeable, the classes feel calming and restorative and the environment welcoming. Also love the little chance for a tea and chat with fellow mamas at the end!

Kym Eldridge I have been using Snap @ Woolston for a little while now and I am extremely happy. I find the staff members knowledgeable, friendly and always approachable, the atmosphere is welcoming and I feel there is a good range of classes and activity’s to choose from. If you are looking for a decent gym away from the hustle and bustle of the larger commercial gyms then this is definitely the one to opt for!

The main benefits for someone of my age are core strength, suppleness and balance Sarah is a fantastic teacher, she really understands the problems associated with ageing and lack of confidence in doing exercise too. I would fully recommend her to anyone of any age and any ability. She will bring out the very best in you and let you continue into older age feeling much stronger, fitter and happier all round. Jason Kirkup The Village Gym is a fantastic place to train. The facilities are excellent, always clean, well equipped, and there’s a great range of classes available. The atmosphere is what really makes the difference though. The staff are consistently friendly and approachable, and Izzy deserves a special mention. She always welcomes everyone with a smile and such a positive attitude, which genuinely makes a difference to your day. It’s a really welcoming environment and a gym I’d happily recommend to anyone.

SSSB Southampton Suns I had a great experience at David Lloyd, largely thanks to Soph. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Soph took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported.
