Helen Lloyd I am so pleased I found Shereen’s Pilates classes. As a beginner, unfit and with sciatica, I feared that in retirement my strength and flexibility might never improve. But, with Shereen’s gentle professional encouragement, I am making steady progress and positively enjoying the variety of challenging exercises, always in delightful company. Shereen offers small classes to suit all needs and abilities, to stretch and strengthen everyone. Highly recommended!

Steve Ray The instructors are extremely approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. The system is very relevant for today in terms of skills, competitions, self defence and offers different martial arts within the same club. Students and instructors are respectfull and its a great place to get fit, learn a martial art and self defence. Great for kids, woman and men of any fitness or skill level. A lot of families also attend, perfect distraction from the phone or tablet!

Kiel Bryce I’m a member of this Virgin Active gym, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the facilities. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help, which really adds to the comfortable atmosphere. The gym has everything you need to stay on top of your fitness, and the sauna and steam room are a great bonus at the end of a workout. I also make good use of the swimming pool, which is always well looked after. Having tried other local gyms, I can honestly say this is the one that feels right for me. As someone who lives nearby, it’s great having a place that’s reliable, well kept, and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to families and anyone in the area looking for a fitness centre that genuinely suits their needs.

Antonio Cicorella I have been training here for a number of years. Great gym with clean facilities, modern equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and helpful - Kirsty, Jay , Gary and Jessica are fantastic! Can get busy at peak times, but overall an excellent place to train. The best I have ever been to!
