Izzy Bee I’ve visited this location twice now and have taken Nina’s 12.30pm spin class, I really enjoy her spin class and have purchased a class pack purely for the ride classes. I really enjoy the ride playlists they are very boosting and motivating and the instructor is really motivating and uplifting too. I like the choreography and don’t find it difficult at all, the trainer is always giving suggestions and alternatives if you can’t do certain movements so I do find the class inclusive. I love the facilities here at Victoria, there’s lots of towels and sweat towels in no short supply, the changing room seems to have everything and toiletries like deodorants, shower gels, hair pins, hair gels and spray, sweat bags for my sweaty clothes ect so I don’t have to worry about lugging a load of things with me I can just worry about bringing myself. I would recommend here for the ride classes

Laurent Jones I have been a member of Third space for almost 2 years. I’ve trained at many of the London locations, as well as used their sports / recovery facilities. I can conclusively say that Wimbledon Third Space has the best training space in terms of equipment, space, busyness at a minimal (even at peak times), and their recovery / sports facilities are second to none. The hydro pool, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge is perfect for recovery and has helped dramatically combatting long covid for myself and couldn’t recommend it enough. The physio’s are also exceptional in treating any injuries, and I’ve found all members of staff very warm and welcoming. I have recently been working with Matt Fossey, an exceptional PT at Third Space Wimbledon. He is always incredibly understanding, warm and tailors the program heavily to the individual he is working with. He is always there outside of hours if I have any questions, always makes space for me given my complicated work schedule and in general just a fantastic PT to work with. Since working with Matt, I’ve improved my body composition, strength, muscle mass, mobility, vo2 max, cardio recovery - and most importantly, my motivation for the gym has come back after reaching a plateau that seemed impossible to break for a year. Overall, a terrific gym with very warm and experienced staff. Highly recommend Matt Fossey as a PT, and the Wimbledon club in general!

Claire Durand I started 1 to 1 Pilates with Marie earlier this year, on the advice of my Chiropractor, for a persistent lower back issue. In this time I have seen a huge improvement not only in my lower back, also in my posture, core strength and movement. I can say with all honesty, that Marie is an amazing teacher, she is highly professional and very patient, taking time to explain the mechanics and connections of the body, emailing homework so I can continue the exercises at home which have helped me to improve. Maries knowledge, dedication and passion for Pilates is second to none, I highly recommend her!

Transform Hub Wimbledon - Lombard Rd

Richard Castle I joined up for a 6-week challenge back in May with a friend. I’ve achieved, with the support of the terrific PTs, far more than I expected to achieve. I’ve lost 8kg, changed body shape and improved my stats (some of which were very bad!) significantly. What makes the Transform Hub approach so much more effective is the effort that the coaches put into the planning of each session and the feedback they give you. It also helps that they are genuine in their support and welcome helping slightly older and less fit people to be part of the gym. As a result I continue to attend at least twice a week and the benefits keep coming.

Harriet Goucher I have been going to this gym for over a year and I absolutely love it. The classes are excellent - they are kept to small groups so that PTs can give personalised advice and make an effort to get to know everyone. There is a real community feel to Bounce which is a rarity in London. Big shout out to Ollie for doing an incredible 8-week programme during the strength classes - I have noticed such a difference in both my upper and lower body strength!

stephanie chon I absolutely love their classes! After my trial session, I signed up for a membership right away, and I’m even considering upgrading to a plan with more classes each month. The instructors are fantastic—Jacquie, for example, is so professional and kind. Her class was one of the best I’ve ever taken, and she really focuses on correcting form so we get the most out of each workout. Cloud’s Bounce and Burn class is also a blast! Highly recommend!
