5 /5 Richard Castle: I joined up for a 6-week challenge back in May with a friend. I’ve achieved, with the support of the terrific PTs, far more than I expected to achieve. I’ve lost 8kg, changed body shape and improved my stats (some of which were very bad!) significantly.
What makes the Transform Hub approach so much more effective is the effort that the coaches put into the planning of each session and the feedback they give you. It also helps that they are genuine in their support and welcome helping slightly older and less fit people to be part of the gym. As a result I continue to attend at least twice a week and the benefits keep coming.
