She explains each movement with clarity, while also offering modifications for those with injuries, allowing everyone to participate and progress at their own pace. No two classes feel the same, which keeps things exciting and challenging.

5 /5 Yuliyana Petrova: What I love about Pilates_Wellnesswith_Veni, and I think is an extremely underrated part of workouts, is that she focuses a lot on slow movements to allow you to truly develop that mind-body connection and being conscious of your own body. She focuses on each muscle thats being engaged with each movement. And this is actually what I find the most transformative in a workout: when youre able to slow down the movements and keep a good form, and youre actually engaged and feeling whats happening with each move. No ones classes provide the combination of strength, stretch, mobility and tranquility that I find daily with yours.

5 /5 Svetlana Yordanova: Training with her is a great pleasure for your body and your mood. I am struggling with a pain on my back and shoulders area and her sessions really helps my to feel better. On the other hand she always manage to motivate you and push your limits further and further if you are consistent exercising. I highly recommend Pilates_wellness_with_Veni for everyone whether you are beginner or advance In Pilates training. Thanks a lot, Veni ❤️

I feel confident I’m getting the most out of my workout while protecting my body from injury. I can genuinely say that i enjoy taking several classes a week, which makes me feel even more energised rather than tired. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and more flexible since starting I feel I will continue to progress in my overall fitness.
