karis osborn Sandrine creates a safe & creative space to learn and grow. She has so much knowledge and experience to share it’s amazing just listening to her talk with so much passion. I have done Mat & Barre Qualifications with Sandrine and I have and will continue to recommend her to new instructors!

Muswell Hill Pilates - St Jamess Ln

Rating: 5 /5
Madhuri Darjee I am so glad I made the choice to start my Pilates journey with MH Pilates. As a beginner with no previous experience with Pilates, I have thoroughly enjoyed the introductory classes and I am excited to continue my classes with MH Pilates. The studio provides a calm and welcoming atmosphere and the classes are small allowing the teacher to attend to all ensuring the exercises are done safely and effectively. Tarun has been really helpful and Megan has been an amazing teacher. She attentively ensures the exercises are done properly and will provide advice on how to adjust your posture to gain maximum benefit from the exercises. I would definitely recommend MH Pilates if you are thinking of starting your Pilates journey.

Barn Gym -

Rating: 5 /5
Zoe Lynch Im not a traditional gym-goer - more yoga/walking/avoiding anything with the word gym in it - but after a recent health scare - I rather tentatively made a call to Guy at the Barn. I was not excited, at all (!) about the prospect of joining a gym. BUT this place is different. Its friendly, inclusive, and you can see that the team genuinely care about you getting fitter. They run fitness tests for all clients throughout the year... and keep records of the results... a great incentive to keep focused. The options are either classes, which is what I attend, or personal training. Attending classes with other regular attendees makes the experience way more appealing than a solitary gym session. Indeed most people that join seem to stay for the long term. The first session I attended, we spent time in the outside gym. And when I say outside, I mean set amidst stunning Sussex countryside. Each lesson I feel both challenged and supported. I absolutely love going there. The drive up to the Barn is worth a visit alone. What a stunning place to exercise in. Oh, and two added bonuses: you dont need to commit to monthly gym fees, you can buy classes in bulk and attend at your convenience, and they play, what I consider, great music! ✨️

The Pilates Company - West Worthing

Rating: 5 /5
Sue Parton The villa was overwhelmingly beautiful - perfect in every way from the views, the idyllic swimming pool, the variety of quiet spaces to sit, the well equipped rooms and the beautiful outside dining terrace. The two chefs were fantastic - the food absolutely beautifully and thoughtfully prepared and the table laid to perfection. The classes were varied and fun as well as being challenging and the sun rise and sun set sessions utterly sublime. The teachers (Joni and Helen on my retreat) were kind and thoughtful and flexible. All 15 women will be friends for life - so many magical and emotional memories. Thank you to Joni and Grace for organising and every single one of the women on the retreat. I have already booked for 2026 and 2027!!!!

Reformer Pilates Worthing - Sompting

Rating: 5 /5
Nicky I was a complete beginner to the reformer practice and Nerissa taught me from scratch how to do the exercises in such a patient and precise way that I got a grasp of it fairly quickly. She made so much sense with her vast knowledge of the body and the practice.. all Delivered with a holistic approach designed for me and my lifestyle. She took her time giving me a thorough assessment and designed the exercise programme around my needs. I loved the one to one sessions and the passion that she has for her practice.

The Selby Centre -

Rating: 4.1 /5
Benjazzy The Selby Centre is a really useful community space. The staff are welcoming, and they usually handle things in a calm and organised way. The building itself is big, with plenty of rooms for different activities, meetings, and events. It’s a good place if you need community services, training, or just a space to get things done.
