Susie Prichard-Casey I’ve been doing Pilates since 2010 in private and small group tuition. I’ve never had as good a teacher as Ivana nor enjoyed it as much! Ivana is extraordinary - highly perceptive, knowledgeable, experienced, encouraging and fun! She somehow creates very specific, bespoke and varying routines Acheson - you won’t get bored... Her equipment is meticulously clean and her dedicated studio room beautifully appointed. I cannot recommend Ivana more highly. You will work hard, feel great, see fast results and have such a good time. Amazing!

Christopher Whalen What a lovely place to swim! It’s 200m long and a wonderful way to cool down at the end of a hot summer’s day. You need to wear a bright swim hat and use a tow float. There are changing rooms but we usually get ready at the side of the lake. You can buy 10 swims for £60. Swim hats are sold at the reception and you can hire a tow float for £1. 4 lengths of this lake are the equivalent of 32 lengths in a normal 25m indoor leisure centre pool.
