5 /5 Imogen Taylor: I had the best pedicure I have ever had here a few weeks ago that has lasted for weeks so thought it was worth booking for a full tint and blow dry. Another lovely experience - everyone here is so friendly and professional and it is clear they take great pride in their work. Really high standard and very fair prices. Gutted to only just discover Pearl’s as I move out of London in a few weeks! Highly recommend.

I had my BIAB and French tip done with Tatjana, and she was absolutely amazing – super detailed with the prep and every part of the nails. The station was spotless, just like the rest of the salon (which is rare to find these days) – not even a gram of dust on the table. I was also offered something to drink from a quite generous selection, which made the experience even nicer (I came with my own drink this time, but next time I’ll definitely try it). Everything felt clean, tidy and professional. I honestly couldn’t have found a better place. Highly recommend!

1 /5 Tulika Kaien: I will certainly not recommend your salon for nails. The charges were exorbitant, inflated beyond market standards, and not shared transparently. The manicure was careless and left my nails bruised, despite my repeated requests for gentleness. Your dismissive response only highlights the lack of professionalism, quality, and respect for customers that defines your service.
