Ceili O’Donnell I booked in for laser as a self-conscious new mum, and Mashal has made this whole journey so easy! From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. She greeted me with the warmest smile and such a calming presence. The clinic itself is immaculately clean and professional, yet has a homely feel that instantly put me at ease. During the consultation, no stone was left unturned – she explained everything in detail, fine-tuned her machine, and really took the time to ensure I felt confident moving forward. Fast forward a few weeks to my first full-body session today, and I can honestly say Mashal worked her magic again. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable — in fact, it was painless in many areas, and I even slept through most of it! Depending on the area you can feel something happening, but it was never more than I could manage. From start to finish, she was polite, professional, and made me feel more comfortable than I have in a long time. She offers something rare – a true hub of safety and a little place of solace. I’m so grateful to have found her. ✨

Her studio is calm and peaceful, so you can fully relax during your treatment. Sophia is just lovely so no appointment feels awkward, even waxing!! Super easy to park too. Razvana Hussain Had an appointment booked after the availability was shown online, paid and drive 45 minutes only for no-one to be at the premises. On calling I was cut off and received texts to inform me she would not be available as was on a training course! Given the circumstances you’d have thought she would pick up the phone and offer a sincere apology for the situation but instead she hid behind text messages and then proceeded to tell me I could get a refund! Absolutely disgusting service, would definitely not recommend. I’d rather pay more and deal with someone who knows how to look after their customers

Sara K Had my hair colored by Sel and another lovely girl that works there, unfortunately cant remember her name but it begins with an A. 10/10 experience. They really took care of me making sure I was comfortable and offered me a coffee. My hair colour took a while because the hair didnt lift initially but they were so patient and made sure everything came out perfectly even though I overstayed after closing. Definitely recommend them both!
