2 /5 A G: Came here on Monday for a upper lip and side face waxing.... the girl started doing my upper lip and after applying wax to my side of the face, left me to attend another client. I finished it myself and got up...she charged £27 for applying wax and me doing her job. All she was worried about was her other colleagues not finding out I was upset. I was so upset but in hindsight should have told her other colleague. Clearly no training to new people.

1 /5 Rhiannon Welch: DO NOT COME HERE. I use to come here a lot for waxing and then the service became so rude. Talking about you and sniggering. Then I went back almost 2 years later just for a simple touch up threading on my eyebrows and the woman RUINED my brows. She did not do a simple touch up she shred my eyebrows in half after years and years of trying to grow them out. I wanted the loose hairs gone and ended up with a skinny 90s arch. Awful. Awful. Awful. It seems they are more bothered about getting back to their friends to have a chat than they are about giving their customers what they want. I will attach pictures of my eyebrows very full before going in and soooo skinny once leaving. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

1 /5 Theodora Lucian: Very unhappy with the service provided today. I used to come here for eyebrow waxing and today there was a new lady. She put too much wax in the middle of my eyebrows and took too much off my left eyebrow. When I mentioned to her that too much came off, she blamed me saying that it’s because I frowned however, in years of having eyebrows waxed at different salons, that never happened to me. I suggest the salon ensures that people provide good customer service and know what they’re doing. Sad. There is only one lady there that always did amazing but today I was very displeased.

1 /5 Ilia Maltezou: Probably the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Nothing deluxe about it. The colour looks scrunched up and uneven. Colour throughout the bed of the nail. Hardly any work around the nail and callouses r still there. Had to ask the technician to do things and they still did it badly! Didnt even put cream on! Lovely lady but very bad pedicure, I would have done so much better myself!

1 /5 Josefa Salgado: Worst manicure I have ever received. The beauty therapist clearly did not know how to apply shellac as the layers were so thin she had to apply four for the colour to even begin to show. I asked if she could please start the colour from further back as there was a large gap between my cuticule and the nail varnish and she said she could not do it from further back or it would “damage my cuticule” (just proving that she did not know how to carefully apply shellac as I have many times received amazing shellac manicures with a much smaller gap). I attach photos of how the shellac looked the day I received the manicure, where you can clearly see the transparency of the very thin layers and it looks as if the manicure was done days ago due to the gap between the colour and my cuticule. I am very disappointed as I have been here many times for my eyebrows which I have always loved and thus thought the nail beauticians would have been as profesional. I was clearly wrong and will never go back for a manicure there.
