I wish I could get my nails done more consistently because this I leave this place feeling like a new woman, an absolute princess. Thank you team, especially Sunni for your fantastic service. I don’t have clearer pictures so my words will have to relay the message. This place is a hidden GEM in forest hill!

5 /5 Emily Lowe: The best nail salon in the area. They take such care when doing your nails and are so polite and friendly. I always feel welcomed coming into the shop. Yesterday I had BIAB with extension and they handcrafted the BIAB with a small brush. I felt there was so much attention to detail. They always get extensions thin whereas I’ve been so disappointed in the past at other salons where you come away with thick nails. Thank you so much! I will of course be back soon ☺️

1 /5 Weyimi Amat: I normally don’t leave reviews for nail salons but I would avoid this one! I had a gel manicure done and within 7 days one nail chipped. I went back and it was kindly fixed however I was told that it was due to my nail being weak. Within 3 days, all the nails started chipping off as seen in the picture. I normally have gel last at least 2-4 weeks with no issue. As you can see the skin around my nails is also dry and flaking off which never happens. They file down the gel after the manicure in an attempt to “clean up” but I think they just remove the top coat. There’s many salons in Forest Hill and I’ve never had this with any of them.

2 /5 L E: This is the second time I’ve come to Pamper Nail Bar and my first visit was for shellac a while ago which I had no complaints about. However this visit was for dipping powder. The staff were friendly and the nail salon decor is lovely. Their choice of colours were great. However, my nails were done quite hastily within an hour which is unusual for dipping powder. When I got home the tips of one of my nails had broken off and when I felt the thickness of the powder it wasn’t right, it was definitely too thin and felt like shellac. I immediately sent an email with a photo and this was not responded to so the next day I called a couple of times until I finally spoke to somebody who said they would fix my nail that evening. By the time I got to that appointment several of my nails had chipped. I discussed this with the nail technician who agreed to redo all of the top coats again which I was grateful for. Less than 6 days later and every single one of my nails are chipped and broken off. I have no other option now but to cough up money again to get them redone at another salon, I’ve never had chips with dipping powder before when done at other salons and this salon charges one of the highest fees for dipping powder so I expected better. I felt bad leaving this review as the staff seemed lovely but the quality of nails really isn’t acceptable for the price and I did give them the opportunity to rectify it.
