1 /5 Mattie P W: So went here for a beard trim and shape and took too much off for £5. Anyhow thought I would try my luck again not much could go wrong for £10 cut, I got there was on the phone whole time which felt a bit rude. First thing he said when I said I wanted a high skin fade was your hair is short. Yes I know it’s short but I just wanted a skin fade on the sides with blade or shaver. Anyhow he later arugued that my hair was too thick to shave, and he doesn’t use the blade. Which was what I was asking from the get go. I think it’s a case of you get what you pay for and in this case not a lot. Not sure I would go back.

After 10 minutes when barber asked if it looks ok I said please cut a bit shorter, and 1 minute later he asked again and I said looks better but please just cut the front a bit more shorter. And barber got really upset and started to make a fuss! This is the first time I’ve experienced such rude service at a barber shop. Most of the barber shops in London are quite professional and polite but apparently this shop doesn’t care about their customers.

1 /5 Stefanie Scott: I’ve been a customer here since 2005 and never have I been sent away because of a patch of psoriasis on my head, the owner who’s currently away left his son in charge. Apparently with my condition it could be transferred witch is utter nonsense. I recon they just wanted to close for 30 minutes for cigarette break. While waiting 6 minutes his son was in the chair having a little trim up from his friend. Kinda hope he wasn’t gonna cut my hair as he didn’t seem capable of even using a pair of scissors. The owner is fully aware of it. it always comes up in the summer especially when the sun is shining directly and he has no problem with cutting my hair. I’ll just wait until the owner has returned, I’ve been coming here locally for 14 years every 09/10 weeks and never have I been sent away.

1 /5 Lindon Lewis: Bad experience here after years of the father cutting my hair today the father was away and the son accused me in front of three other customers and my own son of peeing on the rim of his toilet and said that he would not cut my hair. I am a very clean and hygenic person and I am always respectful if using someone elses toilet. I was very embarrassed by the sons accusations and I would like an apology.

4 /5 Danielle G: No frills haircut experience. Walked in off the street and barely spoke during the 15 min session. Owner seemed nice and professional but interactions were kept to a minimum
