1 /5 SIMRAN KAUR: I had a terrible experience at this salon. The technician was extremely rough and I left with multiple cuts on my cuticles and skin. To make matters worse, the staff member was incredibly rude when I pointed out the discomfort. This is a major hygiene and safety concern. I will not be returning.

You can tell he pays great attention to detail and really cares about his work. My mum was so happy with how her nails turned out. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend him if you want your nails done beautifully and with care.

5 /5 Ming Ming: I always come to nails lux for every occasion as they do the best nails for amazing prices. Amazing skilled staff and this salon might be the best in London. This salon also helped me and redid my nails when I had them done bad by a different one. Everyone should come here when they need a good manicure or extentions The nails are painted perfectly with no air bubbles and the length is all the same on all nails, and the shape is perfect. The nails also last me over 1 ½ month before lifting. Infills are amazing prices too when they grow too long. They also have loyalty card which is very generous

1 /5 Jorjoh Kae: This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. If you want an experience from hell, I recommend you go to Nail Lux. The professionalism is non-existent. The manager is extremely rude and unkind, and her behavior drives staff away—employees constantly leave due to mistreatment. She can’t even treat her paying customers with basic respect. Every month there seems to be a price increase, yet the quality of service does not improve. It’s clear that money matters more than customer care. If attitude were a person, it would be her. I have been a loyal client for the past five years and am still consistently mistreated. If you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, do not go to this nail salon.
