Solid group PT sessions, I go two times per week and getting so much stronger with good weight training programs, which help a lot with other sports I enjoy. On top of everything, I can feel that the tendon pain on my back left thigh, which bothered me for almost three years, are just getting very much in control now since the weight training started. Magic!
Muay Thai sessions on Wednesday night is very stimulating! There are two experienced coaches who really demonstrate the technique, go into details with the sequences and very observant when giving corrections. There are people who are more advance but the vibe of the class is definitely supportive and beginner friendly
