5 /5 Jan lt: I am truly grateful to be a member of NRG Gym Lewisham. The gym is always clean, organised, and well maintained, with equipment consistently looked after and a welcoming, positive atmosphere. A special thank you to Dani and Andrew, who do an amazing job every day. Their dedication to cleanliness, organisation, and creating a great environment really shows. They are always supportive, friendly, and willing to help. This year, it has been inspiring to see how much care they put into making the gym a comfortable space for all clients. I would also like to give special recognition to my coach, Angelo Del Guercio (trainedbydg). His support and professionalism have been exceptional. My training has been excellent — always safe, structured, and adapted to my recovery. Thanks to his guidance, I am recovering slowly, safely, and becoming stronger with confidence. NRG Gym is more than just a gym — it is a place where people genuinely care about your health, progress, and wellbeing. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Mario Giallombardo: Im giving five stars because this gym nails the most important things (for me at least!): 1) Nice friendly staff 2) Loads of free weights and equipment, as well as cardio machines 3) For a London gym, doesnt get insanely busy at peak times 4) Extremely reasonable pricing 5) A proper functional strength training area upstairs that never seems to get busy at all The only things Id mark it down for are: 1) The temperature is turned up too high in the winter (were here to workout, after all!) 2) Tissue that disintegrates to wipe down the machines instead of sturdier blue-roll (or similar) 3) The machinery often has weight pins missing as they arent secured and there arent enough to go around. But Im still giving Lewishams finest five stars and encouraging anyone in the area to check it out!!
