Pause Francis Road -

Rating: 4.9 /5
Samantha Wharton I’ve been going to Pause Pilates on Francis Road for over six months now, and I honestly love it! I started with Level 1 Tower Pilates and have since moved up to Level 2, which is such a testament to how supported and encouraged I’ve felt throughout my journey. Shanice is absolutely amazing — she guides you so clearly, pushes you just the right amount, and creates such a warm, motivating atmosphere. Every trainer I’ve met here is highly skilled and genuinely invested in helping you progress. I’ve tried a few different classes, and each one has been fantastic. If you’re thinking about starting pilates or looking for a studio that really cares about your growth, I’d 100% recommend Pause Pilates. It’s been such a positive part of my week!

karen Dunnill Easy to get to, just a short walk from Hackney Wick station past quite a few cool looking bars & eateries. We had a seated view and were there for a gig. We were sat opposite the stage and had a good view. Seats werent that comfortable to be sat in for a long period, but acoustics were excellent creating a great sound. Limited food options, but drinks options were better. We were upstairs and bars had no queues unlike downstairs.

Elina Alnasser āļøāļøāļøāļøāļø Deborah was absolutely amazing! I definitely want to book with her again at the Canary Wharf studio. I really appreciated the way she checked up on everyone throughout the class, making sure we were doing the movements correctly and getting the most out of the session. Such a great instructor!

Gaia Wellbeing Collective CIC - Royal Arsenal Riverside

Rating: 4.8 /5
John Barker I was looking for exercise opportunities that were communal, fun and inclusive. (Going round a gym solo is very unappealing to me.) I came across Gaia online and initially reached out over email, and the response was so helpful and positive, I decided to head along to a session. I was a little trepidatious, but it could not have been a more positive experience. The atmosphere is supportive, positive and so fun, and is led wonderfully by Olivia (who always goes above and beyond for attendees). Every person Ive met at the classes has been so friendly, it really is a joy to attend each week, and I love that were doing it in an accessible location that connects us to our environment and our community. This has become my most regularly sustained exercise now, because its more than just a boot camp class. Im so grateful I found the Gaia Fitness Collective, and would encourage anyone to check it out.
