I’ve had a wash, cut and blow dry of my medium/long hair, and I got exactly what I asked for - no surprises, just satisfaction! I was the last appointment and service was done in a reasonable time, but without me feeling rushed at any point, which made me feel welcome and valued even as a first time customer - I will definitely be back.

I always leave feeling fresh and confident, even on no-makeup days, my brows look flawless. She’s also so lovely to chat with, and the whole experience feels like a little self-care ritual.
