Anita A really comfy and cozy place in the heart of a cute neighbourhood. I had the massage today, which was absolutely fabulous and comes with a complimentary hot beverage. The room temperature was warm, and I had my choice of scented oil. The only downside was that the treatment was downstairs. (Yes, London loves its basements). As such during my treatment I heard the constant stomping of either moving chairs and people walking upstairs. That was the reason I did not give this place 5 stars.

Luke B I purchased the lip conditioner after having chapped lips for 6 weeks following sunburn. Other lip balms were making it worse but Esses lip conditioner is a fantastic product. The courier messed up when trying to deliver and didnt reach out to me, but Dani from Esse did straight away and sent out a new parcel immediately and even included extra gifts for the inconvenience! Overall very happy, couldnt recommend Esse enough.

Peter Ilves My partner Luci had a sequence of laser treatments on her veins 3 years ago. When I met her she had extensive thread veins and micro capillaries on both legs. They were irritating and unsightly. Following the treatment course by Flavia at the clinic I was not sure there would be an immediate or long term result. I was wrong. After 3 years none of the veins or clusters of superficial micro arteries have returned. Luci is so happy. I am happy for her This was an excellent result. I know that Flavia is always keen to make a difference and care for her clients. Thank you :)

Louisa A If youre on the fence about laser hair removal, do it! Ive been getting laser hair removal for about a year and have noticed a significant reduction in all areas. I have about 50-60% less hair, and I havent finished my 10 session package yet. What is left is lighter and softer. Its had a huge impact. The two things I like about The One & Only in particular: 1. Completely painless laser machine: I researched the machines in Richmond a lot before choosing this place, and it paid off. I have literally never had even a moment of pain during a session. 2. Consistency: I like that all sessions are done by Sepi, so I just have to coordinate with one person and I know who and what to expect each time. And as a bonus plus Ill say honesty – if actually research laser youll see that anyone who is guaranteeing 100% removal in 5 sessions is lying. Sepi has been honest with me from the start about how much reduction I could probably expect for various package lengths and how it varies by person. She doesnt push you for full removal, she gives you the info and lets you decide how and when you want to do sessions. The honest information has been very helpful.
