Aerisa Chan I’ve been seeing Monika every few months for almost a year, and each time I leave the salon happy and loving my hair. No matter what colour I ask for, even tricky ones like today’s Milk Tea. She always gets it just right. She’s super kind and patient, and I always feel comfortable asking for what I want. Even when I bring in reference photos that are a bit out there, she never disappoints. The whole team is also really friendly. Can’t recommend her enough, I fully trust her with my hair❤️

Harpreet Bal I always come here to get a full face wax and threading. I have tried a couple of other places but nothing beats this place. The lady is so gentle yet very thorough. She makes sure she treats my face so that breakouts are prevented. Everything is reasonably priced as well. They know my fave and how I like the waxing / threading to be done. Highly recommended. A little gem of a place ☺️

S Daily Update: Went back to let them know about the below as I just wasn’t happy. I asked for them to be fixed and luckily they were salvageable. I highly recommend asking for Vee if you do end up going. He did such an amazing job (I’ve attached more pictures for the updated nails.) They look years better. Thank you Vee! Original Review: If I could give this place no stars I would. The pedicure was very good and the man who did it was lovely, but the person who did my nails was very rough and aggressive. My finger is still sore and bleeding. My nails are all different shapes and sizes and lengths. There are also lumps of acrylic under my nails that haven’t been filed down. They are extremely thick and I asked for a design and instead of saying they couldn’t do it so I could choose another she did a terrible job and was pushy for me to just accept it. Just an overall terrible experience. Been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review anywhere. DO NOT waste your money here. Never straying from my usual place again.

Zoe Pitman I had the most amazing experience at Olivia Louise Aesthetics and Beauty! I got an eyebrow shape and tint as well as a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The girls were professional, gentle, and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. My brows are beautifully shaped and my lashes look incredible. Natural but so lifted and defined. The space was welcoming and relaxing, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for beauty treatments! ❤️❤️
