2 /5 Flame .C: No appointments. Waited for over 30 mins for appointment. Then I got cut during my manicure. Asked for discount and said they’d take £3 off and I think overcharged me anyway. Update: I went back to request a full refund of the manicure. I was met by the same woman who took my payment and she was upset and started to raise her voice towards me. In the end she said the manicure was £15 and she gave me £12 back from her money saying that she had given me a £3 discount already. Apparently they gave me shellac on my toes even though I asked for normal polish. I don’t believe she did give me shellac and think I was still overcharged because I have not seen shellac chip like my toes are (extra picture added.) the woman asked me to remove my review now that I got my money back so I’ve come to update it to reflect my partial refund, though their reaction was not very professional.

2 /5 Andrea: I think there are other salons in Croydon that offer a better value for money. Its very hit or miss here depending which nail tech you get, with some being okay/good but others consistently not able to get nails straight. And I have been cut / had my hands handled very roughly most of the times Ive been here. The staff are nice but a lot of the time just dont take enough care for the prices theyre charging.

3 /5 S Daily: Update: Went back to let them know about the below as I just wasn’t happy. I asked for them to be fixed and luckily they were salvageable. I highly recommend asking for Vee if you do end up going. He did such an amazing job (I’ve attached more pictures for the updated nails.) They look years better. Thank you Vee! Original Review: If I could give this place no stars I would. The pedicure was very good and the man who did it was lovely, but the person who did my nails was very rough and aggressive. My finger is still sore and bleeding. My nails are all different shapes and sizes and lengths. There are also lumps of acrylic under my nails that haven’t been filed down. They are extremely thick and I asked for a design and instead of saying they couldn’t do it so I could choose another she did a terrible job and was pushy for me to just accept it. Just an overall terrible experience. Been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review anywhere. DO NOT waste your money here. Never straying from my usual place again.
