5 /5 Arthur Bernabe: I had let myself go the past few years, going to the gym but just happy to be there, thinking I was doing enough. Got to speak with Neil, who helped me implement a structured approach to my workouts. But not only that.. he understood that I wanted to get back into basketball shape, so he tailored my workouts to help with my strength, agility and weight loss!
I’m currently going through a slight injury (made during basketball.. I’m not young anymore haha) and again, Neil is helping me through my rehab to strengthen my knees.
Overall, he’s has been awesome in keeping me in check and consistent with my fitness journey! Highly recommended whether you’re just starting out or in need of kick start in your current fitness journey!
