1 /5 Bindupriya Parikh: My daughter went for facial, and after facial her face make up was still intact on her face. Dont know what she has charge £45 for ? Also during facial music was so loud and after asking then for 3 times she lower the sound. After all these I would say the lady who cuts hair is not let customers to talk.. not happy I would suggest never to go to this salon ...if you care about your skin or hair.

1 /5 Sukhjeetify: Went to do my eye brows. Once finished didn’t check properly and thought they were fine but when I checked at home, the girl messed my eye brows. I was literally crying. I had a wedding and I told her to do them nicely. She left one thicker than the other and a lot of gap in between both of my brows. Not happy. Should have gone somewhere else.

1 /5 Prachi Parikh: Very disappointed with the service, I had a facial done and my makeup wasn’t removed properly nor was the scrub. The steam was continuously left on my face. The music was really loud in the room, it was not relaxing at all. The staff does not speak English properly and would not listen to their client’s desire and needs. I also seem like the staff are not trained properly in the services they provide. I will not be returning to salon at all.
