I emailed Mickey, half expecting to talk myself out of it, but her reply was so warm and straightforward that I gave Lifted a go. I started in September and haven’t looked back. I’ve only been able to attend her Saturday classes so far, but it’s honestly the best part of my week. Mickey creates a space that’s inclusive, supportive, and refreshingly ego-free. You don’t need to be super fit or know what you’re doing, just show up and she’ll guide you through. The community is genuinely lovely, welcoming and down-to-earth. It’s the first time I’ve felt excited to move my body, and that says a lot.
