Callum103 I occasionally come here for the family swim and take my young son here. It’s the only pool he likes in Maidstone as it’s warm. Sure the place isn’t perfect but the staff are friendly and it ticked all the boxes for a decent swim. Will keep coming back.

Simao Pedro Although not the closest gym to me, it definitely gives me more than other gyms around. The community feel I get from both other users and staff really makes it feel more than just a gym to me. A variety of classes and activities to choose from, and a perfect place to also take my two-year-old for some soft play time.

Catriona Sinclair In London for only a few weeks and I am thrilled to have found such a friendly, fully equipped gym with all the facilities I could want. There is even a women’s only section (my first experience of this) and the atmosphere is great with loads of equipment, well-ordered and maintained, including saunas and a calm stretching environment. Super clean and great staff. Special mention to Aaron – the friendliest manager ever!

Claudia I love all the staff at Ten — Celine is so sweet and welcoming, and your trainers are super friendly, professional, and just awesome at what they do. My favourites are Ratidzo and Santiago - interesting exercise routines, pushing you to your limits gently. I also really appreciate the toiletries and ethical brands you work with and all the studio equipment. I love coming to Ten — please stay just the way you are! :)

Mahbub Ali I haven’t been to this gym for over a year, and on returning I noticed they have changed quite a lot. The space does feel more open now, which is a positive. Removing the stickers from the windows was a great idea as it brings in natural light and offers a much better view. However, removing the treadmills with built-in screens was a huge disappointment. Those treadmills were the best feature, and replacing them with basic models feels cheap, not what I would expect from a £30 a month membership. This is why I have removed a star from my rating. The new weights are also a let-down as they have poor grip and feel lighter than they should. Overall, the gym was perfectly fine before the so-called upgrade. Now it feels like they are cutting costs by bringing in cheaper equipment, which unfortunately gives off “The Gym Group” vibes. I am now considering switching back to The Gym Group instead.

Kitty Shephard Amazing energy and atmosphere. Great workout where you show up, no thinking and high energy. The coaches offer great corrections and advice and provide a safe environment. Would highly recommend!
