It was my first time, and she made sure I felt completely relaxed throughout the process. Serena was so kind, talking to me and keeping me at ease the whole time. She really went at my pace, which made the experience much more comfortable. The salon itself is immaculate—clean, tidy, and with an elite-level atmosphere. The staff are all so kind and welcoming, creating such a friendly vibe. Serena is lovely and truly made me feel at home. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back every month! Highly recommend!

Zaynab I had such a lovely experience at Luxury & Spa Nail Salon in West Ealing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a calm, relaxing vibe. My nails look absolutely perfect! The attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell they care about their work I left feeling so pampered and relaxed. I wanted a wax and full body scrub, and she explained to me that I will not get the most out of my treatments if I combine them. I really appreciated the fact that she was so honest, and put my needs and experience above her financial gain.
