1 /5 lina guerdoud: Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in proper customer service. I was treated with attitude from the moment I walked in, even though it was my first time there. I paid for a Ukrainian gel pedicure, and not only was it rushed and poorly done, but the polish started chipping the very next day — something that has never happened to me at any other salon. Two days later, more nails were peeling off. Completely unacceptable, especially for the high price they charge. If you arrive even slightly late, they punish you by giving you a half job and still charge full price. Nothing about this place justifies its reputation or its prices. There are far better and more respectful salons in London that know how to treat their clients and deliver proper service. Avoid this place. Not recommended at all. Waste of time and money.

3 /5 Aliyah Naeem: Customer service from the lady at the front desk was great. She offered me refreshments after I had walked in. I went for a manicure with polish. The picture below shows the polish after only six hours - its already chipped. Personally, I wouldnt go again. I prefer Townhouse. Townhouses nail polish is long lasting and they even give you a hand massage after your treatment and it costs less than what I paid here.

1 /5 Yousra: Absolutely shit! Dont waste a penny here. I went there and they made my nails so bulky! Horrible. I told them they were my engagement dinner nails and they didnt even care to fix them. I told them Id come back another day and they still said no then offered me a candle as a gensture like what the hell. Absolute rubbish

5 /5 Yulia Kardash: I had an amazing experience with Rodika! She is a true professional with great attention to detail. The manicure was done perfectly — very neat, and exactly how I wanted it. Rodika works carefully, hygienically, and you can really feel that she loves what she does. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the result exceeded my expectations. My nails look flawless and well-groomed. I’ll definitely be coming back and happily recommend Rodika to anyone looking for a top-level manicure
