I actually was a bit emotional when I saw the final result, as he really had captured the essence of the type of blow-dry I wished, with this "je ne sais quoi" twist that reboosted my confidence. I had a ball the same evening, and his talent, kindness, professionalism, listening skills, patience, really bestowed upon me the little kick I needed to dance the night away.
