5 /5 Rupee Kaur: Went here recently for the first time and the service was impeccable. Easy to book, a lovely warm and welcoming environment from the minute I got there with the receptionist and the amazing therapist carried out the treatment. Highly recommend.

1 /5 Adejoke Akinmusire: I always look forward to getting a luxury pedicure at MD @John Lewis. Sadly, yesterday was a shock to my system. I believe the therapists name is Farah. She exhibited such diabolic attitude all through my session. She applied the nail drill to my toenail at full speed shaving it down paper thin in an instant. The pain was excruciating. I literally jumped out of my skin wondering what had happened. Not a word of apology. I requested that she reduce the speed. A few minutes later, there was a repeat! I realised shed turned the speed up yet again. I asked for another therapist. She rudely informed me that she was the only one available. I left in pain with very dry feet and extremely sore nail beds which I am still nursing. My advise is to stay away from this particular staff. She is malicious for reasons best known to her. One star is for the sympathetic receptionist who apologised profusely for the shoddy service i received.

5 /5 Mariya Amiwala: I had the most incredible experience. Charlotte did my full body massage and she was able to really work around the leg pain that I had. I felt so much better after the massage and we worked on the tensions in the back and shoulders. The massage was honestly one of the best massages and the Valentine’s Day deal with the Supreme manicure after was such a steal. I was super happy with both treatments and cannot wait to be back again! Will be recommending Charlotte to everyone. She even did a lovely little manicure on my little girl who was there whilst I waited for mine to dry. The supreme manicure was one of the most thorough manicure. The treatment mask made my hands feel so soft and so beautiful.

5 /5 Lindner Barbara (Travelling Wife): This was a very good experience overall closer to 4.5 however 4 was too low. Brenda was my tech and she was professional,knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my nails were really dry which I knew and we decided after my medical pedicure I would not be getting polish and suggested if possible to go a few months without it. I agreed. I was offered the promo which included 20 minute complimentary massage however it was just ok. I love talking however if it makes you stop massaging I’ll be quiet. It is £85 plus I tipped £14 between the two so basically £100 pedicure. My feet look a lot better and I would do it again.

5 /5 Caroline Berksoy: I was very pleased with my experience. One of my toenails on my foot is deformed due to a table falling on it and was discoloured. After doing the nail reconstruction a bonding material was applied and the nail looks healthier, discolouration has gone and the length of the nail has come to a more regular length. Since yesterday I keep looking at my nail, quite incredible transformation that I did not know can be done and so quickly and non invasive/no surgical procedure. Alessia who did my medical pedicure is very professional, calm, gentle, careful and humble. I will be going back to book with her and for a medical pedicure, has been a gamechanger, I did not know that something like this existed. The manicure and pedicure is done with no water which is much better as only what is needed is removed or corrected. All the tools were very hygienic which is doubtful at other places. Ayesha who did my supreme manicure was very careful too and made sure I am satisfied throughout the procedure and was careful not to go deep into the cuticles as I had bad experiences at other places. While applying the polish she tried her best for the application to be flawless. She was also careful, gentle and calm. All in all many thanks! I will be back next month, so glad I heard about this place and tried. You will not be disappointed, the manicure and pedicure is done from a holistic perspective not only to beautify the nails. Also, the ladies only do what is necessary for your nails, at other locations they do not pay this much attention to this and do the practices that they are used to do for each customer without assessing the nature of the nail and area around.
