ashley denny Ive been to The Beauty Parlour twice now for two different treatments- anti-wrinkle treatment and to have my eyebrows microbladed. The entire booking was seamless. The location is great and I can always find parking close by. The salon is very clean and sanitary with the cutest deco! Both my treatments have been great and Ive always felt welcomed and reassured. Penelope and her team really know their stuff! Ive always been offered a follow up appointment and Ive never felt like I was being rushed off the chair and out the door. I know how hard it is to find great places where they tick off all the boxes and The Beauty Parlour has really done a fantastic job! The space is beautiful and totally worth it, but what truly makes the difference is the incredible team behind it, they make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. I had my appointment with Elda, and I loved every single second. She made me feel instantly comfortable, kept checking in with me throughout, and made sure I was enjoying the whole experience. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and I LOVE the results. Beyond being super talented, she’s full of warmth and positivity that’s honestly contagious. I’ll absolutely be coming back to her, she made the whole experience unforgettable. I can’t imagine doing my nails with anyone else. She’s the best!!! Thank you so much
