1 /5 Vex Vaughan: i had a gel manicure here just over a week ago and some nails are already chipped, and the range of colours available was poor. this is ridiculous for the price theyre charging. i tried this place because it advertised £10 off your first appointment, but when i went to pay, the manager rudely informed me this only applied to BIAB (which it doesnt say on the sign). wont be coming back! edit: i was not advised how to take care of my nails within the first few days, and was not told about the discount only applying to BIAB before my treatment started :)

5 /5 Anna Dabrowski: I had my nails done at Maison the Gigi and I had such a nice experience. Their customer service was on point, polite kind and patient with my indecisiveness. The salon is beautifully decorated, clean and very relaxing. My nails have never been better, healthy and beautiful. The colour choice is extensive and you can tell it’s very good quality. I will be a regular – Thank you! :)
