As soon as I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The environment was clean, calm, and professional without feeling cold or clinical.

They were very accommodating throughout, I was a few mins late due to train delays and not knowing the place, the owner of the place kindly gave me directions to the clinic. It has a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I will be getting regular facials from now on and would highly recommend to anyone! Also,the treatment was Amazing and my face is so cleansed and smooth

1 /5 Mary: I am sad to write this review but want to warn potential customers about my experience at this place. The couple that runs it are at first impression warm and lovely - but it is sadly my impression they are not qualified for all the services they offer and when those go bad, they stop being so friendly.. On my first visit to the clinic my concern was a small area of spider veins on my right thigh. I was offered a full leg vein treatment (sclerotherapy) with the promise it would improve the appearance of my legs. As I could not afford this at the time but was tempted by the offer we agreed to start with half. I have had this type of treatment before at a different clinic, on a similar thread vein - it worked superbly and after one injection it immediately disappeared with no discomfort. This was not at all my experience at this clinic. The procedure was more painful with a lot of prodding with the needle and dark marks left at the injection point which i was told would disappear with massage - they didnt. Also the treatment didnt really work (rather made the veins darker) so when i showed up for the follow up visit I was injected again - which only seemed to make the matter worse. I ended up with what looks like permanent bruises with spider veins on top. A third session of painful burning did not improve the situation. My leg now looks as on the attached photos (that actually show them nicer than real life). This is 6 months after last "treatment". I had totally lost confidence in their abilities at this point and asked for a refund to help me fund further treatments elsewhere, to try reverse the situation. I was bluntly refused with the message; we dont give refunds for cosmetic treatments. And it was added that anyway " it only affects a small area" - the area in question measures 20x6 cm across my thigh and can be seen at a distance. It is causing me quite some grief and prevents me from wearing shorts. The few times I tried people ask me what happened to my leg. I tried to reason with the owner but was simply ignored since then. I am taking this as a bitter lesson in vanity but wish to warn others who might seek this treatment as I do not believe they are qualified to perform it. My leg is looking way worse than before I had this "treatment" and the way I was treated when asking for a refund completely dispels the "warm" initial impression.

Prakash was extremely professional and reassuring, he stopped to check his work thoroughly during the procedure and didnt stop until he was happy with the results. Everything was very clearly explained to me and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Id highly recommend 5*.
