Wonderful kind, friendly staff Making sure your nails are done to exactly how you want them. As a first time ever getting my nails done Im so happy I chose luxury nails!! 3 /5 Eliza Eade: Nice salon nails have always been done nice they do a good job. However I think they need to be more clear on prices I went in for a colour change on my toes the price on the card was £10.00 I was then charged £23.00 she said it was because it was gel polish but I wasn’t aware it was a gel polish. They should have asked if I wanted gel or normal polish not everybody knows the difference between them and then the price should have been made clear and the difference between the two products.I was just told to pick a colour found the lady quite rude about it when I questioned it. It’s always very busy and even with all the stations full and the waiting area full they still accept more people coming in which means they stop and start with your service bouncing back and fourth between people and the service ends up taking a lot longer then it should.
