5 /5 A Thorn: I have been coming to this salon since it opened and have always been very happy with my treatment result and the overall experience. Gemma and her team are friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. I have recommended 3 new people to them and each person has been happy with their service too.

5 /5 Rose: Had a spray tan here and its come out really well. Staff were both lovely and knowledgeable about the different types of tan products they offered. Place was clean and well maintained.

5 /5 Jennifer Robinson: Lovely beauty therapist.** Great staff, nice personal experience.** Therapist went obove and beyond. Offered me a delicious coffee and was attentive throughout my treatment. Therapy area was clean and smelt clean also. My gel nails were the best Ive ever had. Perfection! Will only go to Luxe beauty from now on. If they are full booked on the day I need. 5 /5 Jeff Wyndham: I bought a Groupon Infared Sauna session an was initially disappointed because I had to wait quite a bit over my appointment time. Jen (owner) sensed my angst and totally made it up for me. Offered me a free session and was very accommodating. This is a family business and I recommend everyone check it out!!

5 /5 Rachel Meeks: Just finished getting waxed by Gemma and had an excellent experience! She was warm and made me feel comfortable and we had some lovely chats throughout. The space was clean and there was a cozy heating pad on the table. Service was efficient and thorough, relatively painless (as painless as a bikini wax can be), and very reasonably priced for the quality. I will definitely be back, happy to have found a great waxer in the Beckenham area!!
