It is rare to find a facialist who actually fully cares about their clients skin concerns, with so many salons charging excessive prices for a steam & clean without long-term skin improvements. Michelle has been invaluable in her facial services to improving my difficult skin concerns. I feel so lucky to know of her beauty services, having been a customer since 2015. Thank-you Michelle! What a gem!

1 /5 Jorgie: Booked an appointment for Thursday at 1:30 and 2pm for me and my sister. Received a phone call wed night that the staff member called in sick and asked to change time. Time was changed at 6:45pm and on arrival the owner informed us she had only booked one of us and could not do both of us. This left us extremely upset as we booked specifically for our mums wedding and due to the time left us without any other option and without a tan. Very poor customer service and even with text evidence of her booking both she still told me I was wrong and very patronising towards me.
