bromley vets I was welcomed by the wonderful receptionist who offered me a coffee, tea or water whilst I waited. I found this this be a very welcoming approach. Becky my therapist took me into the treatment room and had this amazing effervescent personality which I loved followed by years of experience which I found comforting knowing the treatment I was going to have. Becky listened to my concerns during the process and had no hesitation in doing what I asked for. I was thrilled with my results and very grateful for the extra time given to me which was not planned.Becky followed through with my aftercare advise and made sure I was happy with everything before saying goodbye. I certainly will be going back and highly recommend her. What a find! Thank you Becky.

Mel E I was a walk in appointment and I was pretty happy with my service. I had a pedicure, and full set of SNS nails and both services I was happy with. I would come back again. One of my nails is a bit wonky, but you cant even tell unless you were looking for it. It is cash only so that did catch me off guard, but there is a free ATM within 1 minute walk which was easy enough.

Not only did Jade talk me through everything so thoroughly and answer any questions or concerns I had, she made me feel so comfortable and followed up weeks after my treatment to check how I was getting on! Vicki Great service nails look great i had BIAB French manicure and shellac on my feet! Its over 2 weeks since I had them done and there is not one chip on any of my nails! Im on holidays in and out of the pool and beach so this is amazing. Would definitely recommend unfortunately I cant get mine done as much as I would like as Im a nurse but will be back for a pedicure and manicure without polish!
