I always get asked if my lashes are fake and I can proudly say nope. she is very professional and sweet. Ive been coming to her for about 1year never had a complaint. Definitely recommend!!!

1 /5 Cheung Katelyn: Horrible experience here; I literally walked home in tears. I came here to get my hair trimmed before prom since it was at my waist. Before going I had long, healthy hair with layers and a v-shaped cut. I asked for it to be trimmed to my stomach area and for a slightly shorter v-shaped cut with layers. Basically, the same haircut as I had before but literally just slightly shorter. However, I left the salon in tears with collarbone length hair and a U-shaped cut. NOTHING like how I wanted. While I was offered a free hair cut as compensation, when i called the number I was given it didnt exist- I tried multiple attempts. This makes me believe that she had given me a fake number. For a £50 haircut, this is not the kind of customer service I would expect. Save your money and go somewhere else.

5 /5 Krystyna Dyszczyk: I wish I remembered the name of the Lady that pierced our 9 year olds earlobes, because she was lovely, very patient and kind. I told her beforehand that our girl wanted to pierce her earlobes for ages, but still she might got scared and change her mind right before the appointment. Lady said that if that happens, we can cancel or rebook and that its perfectly fine. She saw our girl got scared after one ear and made sure she was fine and calmed her with a gentle smile and kind words. Ears are healing perfectly, I would absolutely 100% recommend for this service!

1 /5 Slained Lovex: My daughter had her hair cut today around 2pm by Nina (who mentioned she was Georgian), Nina did a terrible job and did not give her what she asked for at all. We told Nina my daughter had a preference for longer hair and Nina “got carried away” (her words). She cut my daughters hair to shoulder length when her hair used to be long and down to her lower back, all we had asked for was a trim around the chest area which was not what we got. To make matters worse, we asked for my daughter to get a ‘V cut’ shaped hair, which Nina originally did give but she decided it was not nice and gave my daughter a ‘U cut’ instead which was not what we asked for. Lastly, for the blow dry Nina did a half-baked job and only did the bottom strands of my daughter’s hair but I could still see the bottom part of her hair left untouched. Her haircut overall was bad enough to make my daughter run home in tears and Nina still made her pay for the haircut. She acknowledged it was a bad job but told her to come back in three months for a free haircut, instead of giving a refund which should have been done given the horrible state of her hair. She also gave us her mobile phone number but we were unable to call, text or find it on WhatsApp despite trying different number variations due to bad handwriting making us believe that a false number was given. We are sorely disappointed by this experience and want to warn everyone not to get their hair cut here ever.
