2 /5 Sana Soomro: The ladies are lovely and did a decent job threading my eyebrows. However, there customer service needs improvement. It should have cost me £4 however as I didnt have cash, she said they would have to charge me £5 for using the card machine. I did say that was unfair and could they make a note that Ive paid extra, which could be taken off next time I come, but they refused. Whilst the one pound difference isnt a big deal, the principle is illogical and frustrating. I will not be returning as there are several choices in Hounslow that would be better.
