5 /5 Kirsty Hume: I found Luna Nails on Google looking for somewhere new that’s local. Once I saw the photos of their work I knew I had to try it. The aesthetic of the shop was clean, warm and very eye catching. The staff also had beautiful nails. Customer service was great compared to many other salons I have tried, and they even fit me in last minute. They worked hard to look after me and paid high attention to detail. Overall experience was very nice and the staff were friendly. Prices are great. I would highly recommend.

The technician was so patient, with real attention to detail, and managed to create something very bespoke just from a picture I showed. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I also had a pedicure which was great – the salon was very clean, and they used a lovely steamer and hot towels to make the experience even better.

1 /5 Chloe-Grace: AVOID AVOID AVOID! August 8th -A great new nail shop with lovely staff and good shape and cuticle attention. (This was soon to go very downhill) September Update: I went back to get a second set and pedicure and my little finger was cut open deeply a small chunk of it was taken out and it was incredibly painful. I was not charged for hands. October Update Then I visited a third time as that same finger upon removal has gone green. And had the audacity to charge me £10 to remove the rest although they are entirely to blame. Quite frankly they are lucky I do not have the energy to seek legal damages! Nails have been left weak and damaged
