1 /5 emiliy ford: Horrible experience. the girl came from outside she didnt even wash her hands and started working. as long as its manicure and pedicure ok but eyebrows NO!. You were very sweet but now Im scared for my health because you bled at some point. Then you used a shovel that was there probably already used. I put alcohol on my eyebrows to disinfect but now I have crazy anxiety. Horrible! This was the worst experience Ive ever had. I paid cash but they didnt work properly. When I asked for a refund, instead of handling it professionally, the owner became aggressive. To make matters worse, she didnt even provide me with a receipt. Very untrustworthy service.

5 /5 Rassiah Nelson: I came in for a wash, blow dry, trim, and curl with Sara and she was absolutely amazing! She took so much time and care to make sure my hair looked perfect. She really listened to what I wanted, gave great advice on hair care and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. My hair feels healthy, looks so shiny and the curls held perfectly. Will defo be coming back. Couldn’t recommend Sara enough!

The lady who did my nails was so gentle and careful and she spent so much time making sure they were perfect. Love the results. Incredible service and great prices.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for many years now and I’ve just started doing my nails, I’ve been to over 10 nail artist in my life, but I’ve never experienced what I experienced in this salon before. The nail artist done something called fibreglass nails something I never came across in London as I’m used to getting acrylic. The nail artist done the best job I’ve ever had done in my life with nails, the quality of the fibreglass nails is incredible so strong very thin and very natural looking, I really do hope this nail artist stays permanent as I will like to be her client forever. The manager offered me tea and coffee while I was getting my nails done, which is always the case which is very considerate for a nail appointment, they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The expertise in this salon brings the most finest Brazilian beauty parlour to London. I’m glad to have found them. They also always have appointments available at short notice, which is very helpful as-well.
