1 /5 Katie B: I wasn’t even going to leave a review.. I left the salon feeling so deflated and embarrassed, I just wanted to forget about it. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to cause a scene, but the more I think about it, the more I feel like I need to share this so others don’t end up in the same position. I’ve been to this salon three times before and always had a really positive experience, which is why I came back. But this time was genuinely awful. I was 20 minutes late, obviously not ideal, and I apologised repeatedly for this. But from the moment I arrived, the nail stylist gave me serious attitude. She was incredibly rude and made me feel ashamed for having short nails and for not knowing exactly what shape extensions I wanted. It felt like I was being judged rather than helped. I paid £60 for a gel builder manicure with extensions - the appointment was supposed to be 1.5 hours but she rushed through it in just 40 minutes. Half the nails are completely crooked and it’s honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I booked this in advance because I’m DJing at a high profile event this weekend, and I wanted my nails to look nice for the photos and video content. Now I have to try and find a last minute appointment to have them removed and redone tomorrow. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable during a beauty treatment and I definitely won’t be coming back.

1 /5 Magda Mielcarz: Used to be good, not anymore… I tried to make same day appointment for classic manicure over the phone. I was told they are fully booked, despite of me quoting time slots available online. The person on the phone was dismissive. I made the same day booking online. I arrived to see a technician, who was playing on her phone, looking pretty bored. Her skills were so bad, that I left not finishing the manicure. Poor filling technique, I asked for oval shape, got square and had to ask for correcting. She did my cuticles without any prep and afterwards used the nail drill across my entire nail surface. I went in with a healthy looking, shiny nails. I run out with scratched and destroyed nails that I had to repair at another place…

5 /5 Lisa F: Got a gel manicure today and really pleased with the final result. I wasnt sure about the colours, and the technician took the time to test different ones to make sure I was happy. Overall, she took her time and it was a very clean, professional finish.

1 /5 Y Samarrai: Returning customer but wont be going back. I had my nails done multiple times last year at the salon with great experience, and went again in May2025 and had a terrible experience. No attention to detail, rushed and rough job. The nail technician left me with 5 hacked cuticles with cuts and blood. Sometimes you may forgive a small snag as a mistake but to have half of my cuticles cut is not acceptable. The attitude of the nail technician was grumpy, rude and as if having a customer was too much for her. Seems some of the previous nail technicians from last year are no longer there....
