5 /5 Claire: I submitted a request via anima at 8am, and was given an appointment for 2pm the same day which I was very grateful for. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting area before being seen by the Doctor. The same can be said for the few appointments I have requested over the last couple of years. No complaints at all about anima or the Doctors. I have not had contact with the reception staff, so no unable to review.

5 /5 Jelena Veziene: Today was the day when we received an excellent service. As we are currently away and was hoping to get an appointment at some point next week,submitted an anime request today regarding ill child and did not expect much...BUT! Just a few minutes after we received confirmation for face to face appointment same day (in 1.5h after submission). Very helpful receptionist popped to speak to the doctor advising that we are unable to attend an appointment and doctor advised to call 111. 111 services sent a referral to the GP practice where we are now and we going to be seen today despite being away 300miles away from home.

1 /5 Mary Williams: My father-in-law is on full-time oxygen. He has an eye infection which needs treatment. He can hardly see this morning. He is too old for Anima & when he visited the surgery yesterday the appointments were taken. We managed to get him on by 8.02 today & low & behold...no appointments left. What are the elderly supposed to do on full-time oxygen?

1 /5 Diana vinci: Very poor main reception indeed Tried to book in and explained a little what the appointment was for ? Was told to book in using the tablet booking system, but didnt recognise me ! So went to booking in !noooo Not there as not a patient So went back to main reception , the lady eventually asked me again who l was seeing ? So she boringly looked through her papers and asked me to take a seat, but did actually manage to tell me who l was seeing. Couldnt even raise a smile ! Such incomplete. Didnt even ask me if I was driving and had booked in PLEASE show some politeness, or is it too much to ask

1 /5 Sarah Louise: The worst doctors ever. Find an alternative if you are looking for Drs. This one is horrendous and should be shut down. You cant get an appitment, let alone get through to them on the phone. Or even get your medication. The staff are rude, yet they tell us not to be rude to them. They will get what they give.
