Nat Nat I attended a HIIT work out this morning at AF HD.The class was taken by Keith who was very welcoming as it was my first class. I really enjoyed the class although it was hard work!!. The music selection was nice and the exercise movements were good and varied. Keith encouraged me and didnt make me feel guilty when I needed to catch my breath. Id definitely recommend and I will be returning... Thanks Keith.

K Kh An excellent gym offering tailored sessions at a surprisingly reasonable price. The sessions themselves emphasize not only boxing skills but also cardiovascular fitness and core strength, both being areas where my strength training routine has failed to touch upon recently. It is also very encouraging to see young children taking part in group and individual sessions, so please don’t assume that this is a venue where members are encouraged to batter one another into bloodied pulps. Finally, the trainers themselves are passionate, highly experienced individuals who take the time to guide newcomers, such as myself, through the world of boxing. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and approachable.

Laura Copeland I’ve been attending Muay Thai sessions at Undisputed for nearly a year. I started as a complete beginner and have made a huge amount of progress in that time. The coaches are dedicated and it’s obvious they love what they do which makes training all the more enjoyable. Some gyms can be intimidating to walk into for the first time but I never felt that at Undisputed. Everyone is welcoming and you’ll soon find yourself part of a community of driven individuals pushing and supporting each other to be the best that they can be.

Ben Jones This place is great! Perfect to get your fitness fix! I visited a lunchtime session there were 4 in our class so it felt like small group training. Im guessing evenings are busier but the gym area has plenty of bags and floor space to fit many more in and the high ceilings means it doesnt feel like a dingy basement. Nice changing area and great toilets (that work! A rarity in some London locations) The workout Skipping stretching to start with then on the bags to warm up the shoulders. Then 4 rounds of pads with increasing complexity we were a pretty experienced group so were able to do try some tricky combos. We finished with some abs and a good stretch off. Great encouragement from the coach and not too shouty. (Which I cant stand personally) If you are in the area Id throughly recommend. I paid £10 for an hours session which is an absolute steal. Most London boxing studios charge £20 or £25! They also run sparring and advanced sessions but I didnt try those so there is something for everyone.

Sian MacDonald Company Christmas Function and overnight stay! Welcoming staff and lovely setting. Spacious comfortable seating area in bar and lobby to sit as a group or couple. Spa area lovely and fantastic swimming pool. The function room was well set up and service top notch! Room was very comfortable- big king bed; lots of cupboard and drawer space; bathroom good - shower over bath good pressure. And lots of counter space to put all bits and pieces out while getting ready. Would love to visit again

hugh janus Great athletics track, perfect for hosting events. There are lots of facilities including soft play, a gym, as well as an indoor track. The track is very well maintained and not crumbly like others, its six lanes instead of eight. Theres also a cafe but the price of one can of coke is like double compared to a corner shop.
