1 /5 Ayah Mowhob: I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service and treatment I experienced at your clinic on 19th September 2025
When I attended my appointment, I specifically asked if you provide treatments for my 13-year-old daughter. Your staff member assured me that you do, and she strongly insisted that I book an appointment and make payment in advance. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the booking and payment, intending to also purchase skincare products for my daughter at a later stage.
However, when I returned to the clinic, another member of staff rudely informed me that the booking would not be accepted due to my daughter’s age. When I asked to speak to the staff member who initially advised me to book, I was told she “didn’t want to be disturbed.” This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, considering I was following advice given by your own team and had already made payment.
This experience has left me very disappointed with your clinic’s service, communication, and customer care.
