5 /5 Rashaun Tracey: Aeysha fit me in very last minute for my lashes. Was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was very particular with how I wanted them and she got them spot on I am in loveee with this set and will definitely be back!

5 /5 Nicola Vandermeer: I recently had my eyebrows shaped/tinted along with my eyelashes tinted, all with Provie. Not only is she an exceptionally lovely person but she is an excellent beautician who is super skilled in her craft. She gave great advice on shaping, shades and explained her method of application to get the perfect colour and depth. She is extremely attentive and it was just a pleasure to be looked after by Provie. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Craig Thomas: Everyone at this salon is very friendly and customer service is the best from the new owner to the therapists they are so accommodating. It has such a tranquil and spa atmosphere which is great for when I go for my massages (ask for Monica she’s brilliant). I find the decor is very welcoming for both genders and not just females, as some places are very pink and fluffy which makes me feel out of place, but not at BTS Beauty. Would highly recommend and look forward to my extraction facial with Celine next week.

5 /5 Adam B: My wife and I are new clients to this salon and have definitely found where we will be going for our treatments. I have sensitive skin that needs professional help and Celine really made me feel comfortable and customised the facial to help with my situation. They also do waxing for men and usually my wife does it for me but they managed to accommodate my sudden urge to get it done there and was made to feel comfortable and there was no judgement at all. My wife was also extremely happy with her brows and lashes and the massage she had with Monica left her so relaxed I booked myself in for next week, which now unfortunately has had to be moved to after Lock Down but we will be back without a doubt and are so happy to have found BTS Beauty.
